Billing data: managed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
Usage data: number of API calls, timestamps, errors. No request payloads or content are collected.
Agent data: stored locally on your infrastructure. We do not process or store this data.

3. Purpose of Processing

Provision of the Service and account management.
Billing and fraud prevention.
Service-related communications (no marketing without explicit consent).

4. Legal Basis

Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) for service delivery. Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) for tax compliance. Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) for security and abuse prevention.

5. International Data Transfers

Stripe operates globally under appropriate transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not perform other international transfers of personal data.
